Christiano Ronaldo and his girlfriend show off their amazing bods.

Summer has indeed arrived as Christiano Ronaldo and Irina Shayk take to the water.
It’s agreed Christiano Ronaldo and Irina Shayk are two very irresistable hawt bixches. Treating onlookers to a display of the impossible….
Live from St Tropez, France, dashing soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo and his hawt bixch Russian super model girlfriend, Irina Shayk couldn’t help but treat onlookers to a delicious treat when they decided to cool off from the summer heat when they headed to the local beach.
Playing and goofing with each other, the two good natured media whores set tongues along the waterfront wagging as they casually showed envious onlookers why they are the perennial favorites of a certain cache of society.
Giggling and splashing each other and of course ever conscious of the lurking camera boy the two seemed to be having a stellar time as they cast about their inhibitions and did what comes naturally in the heat of the moment.
At present it is understood that Ronaldo is just taking some much needed time off from his grueling schedule whilst girlfriend Shayk is expected to be spending the balance of the summer being the face of her new jewelry line.
Don’t you wish you were young, hawt, glamorous and conspicuous too?
Oh my Christiano, I must say you and Irina do cut dashing figures in the water…
Watch out Christiano! Irinya is right behind you…
Oh please Christiano. What's a little water amongst lovers?
Indeed. One must be inclined to agree that Christiano and Irinya do cut rather fetching figures. Oh summer bliss…

US Open 2013: Men's and women's finals moved

Next year's US Open has been extended by a day to allow the men's final to be played on a Monday, with the women's final pushed from Saturday to Sunday.

The schedule change means players contesting the finals can enjoy a rest day ahead of their title deciders.

A decision about the 2014 schedule will probably be made after the 2013 event.

US Tennis Association spokesman Chris Widmaier said: "We listened to the players and understood their request for an extra day's rest."

Rain has forced the USTA to postpone the men's final from its scheduled Sunday slot to Monday for the last five years.

Some top male players - including Roger Federer - have complained that the tournament, held in New York, was the sport's only major that held the semi-finals and final on consecutive days.
US Open men's champion Andy Murray said he was pleased organisers had taken on board the players' concerns, while 2012 women's champion Serena Williams believed the changes would make the tournament "stronger than it's ever been for all players".

Widmaier added: "The day of rest is being embraced across the board.

"Because of the nature of the game, and to assure a final that can be played at the highest competitive level, you need an extra day of rest. We recognised that."

Under the new format the men's final will be played on Monday, 9 September, with the men's singles semi-finals on Saturday, 7 September.

The women's singles semi-finals remain unchanged and will be played on Friday, 6 September while the women's final will take place on Sunday, 8 September.

The USTA also announced that total prize money in 2013 will increase by $4m (£2.4m) to a record $29.5m (£17.9m), the largest in the tournament's history.

Barclays Premier League:Newcastle 0 - 2 Man City

                                 MATCH PREVIEW

These are strange days at Newcastle United at the end of a calendar year which started with a glorious win over Manchester United, but which is drawing towards its close with Alan Pardew seeking to end a run of one win in 10 games by beating Manchester City.

Newcastle are just two points above the relegation zone, and nobody could have foreseen that back in August.

So what has gone wrong? Well, it would help if Papiss Cisse and Demba Ba could start scoring together rather than in shifts; when Cisse is hot, Ba is not, and vice versa.
The added toll of the Europa League may be a factor, but their progression from the group stage of that tournament was relatively pain-free and there is a sizeable squad to call on.

I would suggest that the fact that their two most influential midfielders, Cheick Tiote and Yohan Cabaye, have started only three Premier League games together has been particularly damaging.

Perhaps Newcastle did not freshen up their squad enough in the summer? I'm sure that Pardew will be keen to do some business in January.

Manchester City's summer transfer policy must also be put under the spotlight.

I don't see that any one of their summer buys has strengthened their squad at all, and I can't help feeling that Nigel de Jong could still have made a valuable contribution.

At the moment they seem to be lacking direction and unity. Cold, purposeful professionalism of the sort offered by Joe Hart, Pablo Zabaleta, Edin Dzeko and Vincent Kompany seems to be lacking in too many of the rest of the group.

There are individuals at City who seem happy to step forward when there is glory to be had, but happy to hide when there is a free-kick to be defended - as has been well documented. Samir Nasri's foppish, flinching, foot-waving, powder-puff attempt to avoid being hit by the nasty hard ball at the end of last week's derby was just embarrassing.

City need to show some guts this weekend, or they may find they are pursuing new career paths on less favourable terms elsewhere before too long.

The reality, though, is that if underachievement continues, it will be Roberto Mancini who carries the can rather than his players, to whom he continues to display admirable public loyalty.
